Every property we buy is like a proud addition to our family. For those who don’t yet know, we are passionate about restoring houses to homes. We buy properties in the UK that may be smelly or dirty, give them some TLC through refurbishing the property, before renting them out. We create a win-win situation where the tenants enjoy a comfortable home, while we get passive income from the rent.

This particular property is a 4 bedroom Terrace House in Liverpool (any Liverpool FC fans out there?). The value of the property post refurbishment is about £150k, and the rent we get on it is £900 per month, giving a nice yield of about 7.2% per annum.
